NEW YORK, NY – Are you a fan of History Channel’s Top Shot? Now you have more to watch with the new show Top Guns on H2. This week on Top Guns it’s all about Smith & Wesson with champion shooter and author Julie Golob, describing the history and features of three Smith & Wesson firearms.
H2 builds on current History Channel programming with the tagline that there is “More to History.” Fans of the reality-style competition show, Top Shot, who want more information about guns and gear now have the opportunity to learn more. Viewers can watch past Top Shot contestants put the firearms through their paces as they challenge each other in friendly competition designed to demonstrate the capability of each firearm.
H2’s Top Guns also gives viewers a chance interact and vote for their top gun on the History Channel website. This week on Top Guns, Julie Golob discusses the history and features of the Smith & Wesson Model 625 revolver, the M&P 40 Pro Series and the Pro Series 9mm 1911. Julie’s experience with these firearms is impressive, having won national titles in revolver, single stack and production division competitions with versions these handguns. She heads to the range with Top Shot alumni Maggie Reese and Brad Engmann to test the guns on a variety of targets. Then host Colby Donaldson joins the group for a final showdown for bragging rights.
