WATCH: Day 3 of the IPSC World Shoot
Ready for more stage breakdowns from the 2017 IPSC World Shoot? Here we go with my Day 3 in France as our squad tackled the Asia/Red Zone portion of the match. Strategies and topics covered in this video include:
- Knowing your personal timing
- Doubling activators
- Respecting target difficulty
- Target panic
- Flat-footed reloads
- Keeping track of scores during the match
I was pretty happy with my performance on this day. It may have been one of the most challenging considering those sliders and the swinging plate. Even though I had misses and several minor errors, I had Top 3 finishes on every stage. These courses had some tough targets, but I kept giving it my all on every stage. I was also happy for our scheduled day off and in the next video I’ll share what I did and how I chose to spend the day.
Any favorite courses of fire? Be sure to let me know on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. In case you missed the other videos in the series, here’s a playlist.
