SHOOT Quick Tip – Improve Your Trigger Control
Trouble with your trigger control? It happens to the best of shooters. One thing I’ve found useful over the years, especially when teaching new students, is using an analogy. While maintaining the proper sight picture on a target, begin to press the trigger straight back toward your nose. During the press, imagine you’re dragging your finger through thick peanut butter. Keep applying this smooth motion until the shot breaks.
