SHOOT Quick Tip – Shooting Through Ports
If you plan to shoot in practical or defensive shooting sports like USPSA, IDPA and IPSC here’s a quick shooting tip for engaging targets through ports. On stages with ports, if the position allows it, try to avoid crowding the port by putting your gun and arms through the opening. It makes it slower to leave the position and you can also catch your body or firearm on the port. Stay back, outside the port as much as the target array allows.
